The Platform and all its derivatives are owned and operated by Zauvijek Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”, “Zauvijek”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Zauvijek collects, uses, discloses and processes personal information (defined below) in connection with our Zauvijek-branded services and network of websites, related content, platforms, services, applications, and events we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our hiring-related data (job applicants/employees). Supplemental privacy policies may apply based on additional relationships (e.g., Creator, Brand, Vendor).

Personal Information Collected from Visitors to our Services and Account Holders

We may collect personal information submitted to us by you when you visit, access, or use our Services, and when you create or hold an account with us. Such information may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Inquiry Information, including information you provide when contacting us through forms, emails, or other communication channels available on our Services, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any custom message or additional content you choose to share.
• Contact, Registration, and Account Information, including your name, email address, username, phone number, profile details, account preferences, account balances, transaction records, payment or purchase history, saved items, and any other information voluntarily shared by you. Please note that Zauvijek uses trusted third-party payment processors to manage and process payments. We do not accept or store payment card details directly within our Services.
• Purchasing or Consuming Information, including details related to products or services you purchase, view, save, or otherwise interact with on our Services, as well as information regarding your general purchasing patterns or interests. If you grant permission to access your device’s camera roll or storage—for example, when using a feature that requires such access—we may obtain images you select or upload, including screenshots of product displays or related content.
• Online Marketplace and Community-Related Information, including information you choose to share on our creator or community spaces such as username, display photo, general location, linked social media profiles, company or brand name, and your areas of interest, expertise, or affiliation. This information may be displayed publicly within marketplace or collaboration features.
• Survey Information, including responses or information you provide when participating in surveys, questionnaires, community polls, or when submitting testimonials, reviews, or similar content through our Services.
• Event Information, including information collected when you register for or attend Zauvijek-hosted or affiliated events, such as registration details, attendee name and badge information, contact details, and related preferences.

As is true for most digital platforms, Zauvijek and our authorized third-party service providers may automatically collect certain personal information from your device, browsing behavior, and usage patterns when you access or interact with our Services. This information helps us operate, secure, improve, and personalize your experience.

• Log data, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device information, operating system, browser type and version, browser identifiers, the URL entered, referring page or campaign source, date and time of access, time spent across our Services, actions taken, and any technical errors encountered while using our Services.
• Analytics data, including the electronic path taken to our Services, your navigation through our Services, scrolling activity, clicks, pages viewed, usage behavior, and interactions with different features. We may also collect information about how you exit our Services. This helps us understand how individuals engage with our platform.

In addition, where permitted, we may collect limited activity data from other sites you visit or apps on your device to understand user interaction patterns and purchase attribution. This may include:

• Records of purchases made via affiliate links
• Interactions with creators and their shared content
• Screenshot-based product references (if accessible via permissions)
• Product “likes”, saves, and wishlist additions
• Visits and behavior within “Discover”, “Feed”, “Wish List”, and related areas of the App
• The frequency of ads served to you
• Where an ad was displayed
• Whether you clicked or interacted with the ad

Personal Information Collected from Third Parties

We may obtain personal information about you from third parties. In many cases, we combine this information with personal information collected directly from you or automatically through your use of our Services. The types of third parties and the information we receive may include:

• Your Contacts: If another individual chooses to share or invite you to join Zauvijek (for example, by sending an invitation link, recommendation, or sharing product screenshots via email, messaging service, or social media), we may receive your contact details or other personal information from that individual.
• Creators & Partners: If you engage with creators, influencers, or other content partners who share Zauvijek product links or pages across websites, blogs, social media, talent agents, digital publishers, or similar content platforms, we may receive information relating to your interactions. This may include engagement metrics, referrals, product interests, and other information provided to us.
• Business Partners: We may receive personal information from brand partners, affiliate networks, and companies that make their products or services available on Zauvijek or through co-branded experiences. This may include information about your purchases, browsing activity, or account-related details.
• Social Networking Services SNS: When you interact with our Services through social platforms—such as when you sign in using a social network account, click Zauvijek links, engage with creator posts, or use Zauvijek product features—we may receive certain information permitted by the SNS based on your privacy settings. This may include information such as: name, gender, date of birth, general location, profile details, and interests. We may also receive information about how you engage with our Services across those platforms, including impressions, clicks, comments, likes, follows, views, screenshots, products saved, or wishlist activity. The specific data received depends on your privacy settings with the SNS. You are encouraged to review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party platforms before connecting them with Zauvijek.
• Service Providers: Our service providers — including payment processors, survey providers, analytics partners, and marketing platforms — may collect personal information on our behalf and share such information with us to enable functionality, advertising, analytics, and customer communication.
• Information Providers: We may receive personal information from third-party data providers to update, validate, or supplement information in our records. For example, we may obtain updated contact information to reconnect with you or validate accuracy.

Use of YouTube API Services (if applicable): Zauvijek may utilize YouTube API Services to display, retrieve, or otherwise interact with video-based content made available through YouTube. By accessing or using any features of our Services that rely on these APIs, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You retain full control over your YouTube-related data and may review, manage, or revoke Zauvijek’s access to such data at any time through your Google Account’s security and permissions settings.

Requesting Data Deletion

In the event that you wish to initiate a request for the deletion of your personal data from our platform, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

Via Facebook/Instagram

1. Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
2. Navigate to: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
3. Locate Zauvijek under the section titled “Active Apps & Websites.”
4. Select the option “Remove” or “Request Data Deletion” to proceed.

Once your request is received, we will log it and process deletion of your data within 60 days, unless retention is necessary for legal or security-related purposes.

• Manage, authenticate, and verify user accounts
• Support operational, administrative, and business management activities
• Request optional feedback or survey responses to help improve the Services
• Protect the security, integrity, and safety of the platform, its users, partners, and data

• Prevent, detect, and respond to unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful activity

• Other Service Providers: Including hosting, analytics, payment processing, cloud storage, fraud prevention, and technical support partners who help operate our Services.

• Legal & Compliance: To comply with lawful requests, legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of our rights, or protection against fraud and security threats.

In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. In the event of bankruptcy or restructuring, personal information may be transferred as a business asset.

Personal Data Protection

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel, contractors, and partners who require access to perform their work may access your data, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. In case of a suspected data breach, affected users and relevant authorities will be notified if required under applicable laws.

Policy Updates

Zauvijek may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of the document. If material changes are made, we may notify users by email, via platform alerts, or via prominent notice on our Services. Unless otherwise specified, changes become effective when posted.

Zauvijek GST / Tax Invoicing Policy for Creators (If applicable — edit as needed)

Creators registered under GST may provide GST-compliant tax invoices to Zauvijek to receive payout amounts inclusive of GST.

1. Invoice Requirements

• GST claims must be submitted via the Zauvijek creator portal.
• Only invoices in the Zauvijek-approved format are accepted.

2. Payout Conditions

GST portion of the payout will be processed only after valid invoice submission.

3. GST Return Obligations

Creators must: File GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B timely; report invoices exactly as generated on the Zauvijek portal; ensure visibility of the invoice in Zauvijek’s GSTR-2B for ITC reconciliation.

4. Non-Compliance

In case of non-compliance (incorrect filing, non-reporting, invoice mismatch, etc.), Zauvijek may: recover GST amounts from future payouts, withhold GST payouts until GSTR-2B reflection, apply interest as per CGST Act, or suspend GST invoicing eligibility.

5. Legal Basis

This GST invoicing policy is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act), including the relevant rules, notifications, and circulars framed thereunder. All GST-related activities undertaken by GST-registered creators on the Zauvijek Platform are required to comply with applicable statutory requirements enforced by Indian tax authorities.
